About French-speaking cams

A language with two centres

The first is obvious. France has a big, settled cam scene, overwhelmingly on CAM4, with about two women to every man and mostly independent performers streaming from home. The second centre surprises people. Madagascar is French-speaking, and it has quietly become a cam hub, regularly placing among the ten busiest countries on the site. Its rooms are split between Chaturbate and CAM4, they're mostly women, and there's a small trans presence too.

Belgium, Switzerland and Quebec

These three add variety more than volume. Belgium juggles three languages, so only some of its performers turn up here. Swiss rooms are few. Quebec is the outlier on the clock: eastern Canada runs five hours behind Paris, so a Montreal evening arrives long after the French one has finished.

What your French gets you
