These terms cover your use of cherrylivecams.com, which is operated by Skyline Softech Ltd. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Who may use the site

You must be 18 or over, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to use this site. In the United Kingdom we're required by the Online Safety Act to check your age before showing adult content, and we do that through an independent provider as described on the age verification page. If you can't or won't complete the check, explicit thumbnails stay blurred.

What the site is

CherryLiveCams is a directory. We aggregate public listings from the affiliate feeds of the networks we list, refresh them every 90 seconds, and show a performer's name, thumbnail, age as reported by the network, country, tags and a link to their room. We don't host, record or transmit any video. We take no payments and we have no user accounts. Favourites live in your own browser and nothing about them reaches us.

We have no relationship with the performers listed here. They aren't our employees, contractors or agents, we don't control what they broadcast, and we can't pass messages to them.

Leaving the site

Every room link takes you to the performer's network. We're an affiliate of those networks and may earn a commission when you join or spend there; it doesn't change what you pay. Once you click through, the network's own terms, privacy policy and payment rules apply, not ours. Any dispute about tokens, subscriptions, charges or account access is between you and the network.

Listings

We may add, change or remove any listing at any time, for any reason, without notice. We remove listings on request from the performer, in response to a valid copyright notice, and wherever a listing breaks the law or these terms. See the content removal and DMCA pages for how to ask.

Accuracy and availability

Feed data comes straight from the networks. Viewer counts, ages, locations, languages and tags are declared by performers to their network, not checked by us, and they change every 90 seconds. We provide the site as it is and as it is available. We make no promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, or that any listing is accurate, current or still live when you click it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape the site, to try to reach any part of it you aren't meant to, to interfere with how it runs, to attempt to get around the age check, or to use it in any way that breaks the law where you are.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skyline Softech Ltd isn't liable to you for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or from anything you do on a network you reach through it, including indirect loss, loss of data or loss of profit. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that can't be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Intellectual property

The site's design, text and code belong to Skyline Softech Ltd or its licensors. Performer names and thumbnails belong to the performers or their networks. You may not copy the site or reuse its content without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute about them or about the site. If you live elsewhere, any rights you have under your local consumer law are not affected.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last change shown on it. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
