In short: if something listed here is yours and shouldn't be, tell us who you are, which page it's on and why, and we'll take the listing down. The stream itself lives on the network, so tell them too.

CherryLiveCams respects the intellectual property of others. We host no video: performer thumbnails are served by the source network and refreshed every few minutes, and the only things stored here are a performer's public name and a link to their room. If you believe material reached through this site infringes your copyright, send us a notice as set out below and we will remove or disable the listing.

What a valid notice contains

Under section 512(c)(3) of the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act, a notice must include all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act for them.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed, or a representative list if the notice covers several works.
  3. The address of the listing on this site that you want removed (it looks like cherrylivecams.com/chaturbate/username), with enough detail for us to find it.
  4. Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, their agent or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for them.

Where to send it

Send the notice through the content removal page or the contact page. Notices that are missing any of the elements above may not be acted on until they are complete.

Counter-notices and repeat infringers

A performer whose listing is removed may send a counter-notice containing the same identifying details, a statement under penalty of perjury that the listing was removed by mistake or misidentification, and consent to the jurisdiction of the courts. We terminate the listings of repeat infringers. To act against the stream itself, contact the network the performer uses, which holds the content.
