What the new flag actually means

Each network decides for itself when a performer counts as new. On Chaturbate and Stripchat, which between them supply almost every room on this page, the label is applied automatically for a performer's first stretch of broadcasting and then drops off on its own. We do not set it and cannot extend it, so a performer you liked last week may already have graduated to the main grid. That is why favouriting matters more here than anywhere else on the site.

Why first-week rooms feel different

A brand new room usually has a handful of viewers rather than hundreds, which changes everything about how it runs. The performer sees every message, answers questions, and is still working out lighting, angles and what a tip menu should look like. Some are nervous, some are surprisingly confident, and a fair number are testing whether camming is for them at all. Treat it as a conversation rather than a show and you will get far more out of it.

Who you will find here

The mix leans heavily towards women, but the male and trans sections are proportionally larger than on most category pages, because new performers of every kind arrive at the same rate. Couples turn up too, often a pair who have decided to try it together. Use the gender chips to pick a lane, and the country dropdown if you want rooms in a particular time zone or language.

Etiquette that helps a new performer

New rooms are where good manners pay off most. A polite hello, a question about where they are from, and a small tip early on do more for a fledgling room than any amount of demanding.
